My Girls Album

Hello Everyone! In my endless looking at all things crafty, I found this Maya Road Bountiful Memories Kit.  The kit was LOADED with goodies.. more than I could possibly add to this mini book. The only things I added where some paint, glue, distress ink, and dies from Jaded Blossom.

Hey... who is the lady in black? It is me :)

I plan on giving this to my dad as he calls this bunch "my girls".

Beary Sweet Shaped Cards

Hello Everyone! Today I have a sneak peek of a new file set from SVG Cutting Files.  These Beary Sweet Fall Cupcakes will be at the store this Friday. I made these cuties into shaped cards... their faces are the sweetest!

To make the shaped card, I used the offset feature on my Silhouette Designers Edition. The card base is the basic bear cupcake.  A top layer that matches the shape of each bear is on the front of the card.

The sentiments and Dies are from Jaded Blossom.

I used the NEW Dog Shaped Candy Tube Holder and embellished him to look like a slinky dog toy.  The coils around the tube are made with silver colored leather and the spring around the tail was made by wrapping aluminum wire around a pencil. 

The "dog tag" is made with one of the Jaded Blossom's Candy Charms and Banners Dies

and stamped with a sentiment from Puppy Love

Gummy Bear Treat

Hello! I am posting this easy to make treat over at Jaded Blossom's Blog today. The container and wooden scoop are from Jaded Blossom. The wooden scoop has a metal loop "screw eye" from the hardware store that you can hand screw into the handel. I picked up a package of 10 for around a dollar at Home Depot.  I like to tie the scoop to the treat as I am the type of person that will lose things quickly. To go along with the gummy bear theme, Mr. Gummy Bear is NEW from SVG Cutting Files and will be at their store this Friday! The bear is from "Beary Sweet" collection.
