Jaded Blossom's July Die Release Day Two

Hello! Today is Jaded Blossom's second sneak peek of the new July Dies. We have Stitched Squares and Scalloped Squares. I can see myself reaching for these dies for so many crafting projects. I layered the square with a scalloped square, scored and folded them in half to make these treat toppers. The smallest square was used to make the "baby blocks".

Here is another project made with the Stitched Squares.  This week Digi My World is previewing digital stamps. Here is a peek at the bowling boy that will be at their store this Friday. This frame was made with Jaded Blossom's Stitched Squares. (super easy to do.. Jaded Blossom July Die Release Sneak Peek Day One

Hello Everyone! Welcome to Jaded Blossom's July Die Release! Today the designers are creating projects with Stitched Circle Dies and Scallop Circle Dies. These are beautiful dies! Here is a card I created with the Stitched Circle Dies. I layered two of the dies to create a frame for the mushroom. The grass is a die from Jaded Blossom's Spring Dies. The edges were trimmed with the Stitched Circle Dies to fit the frame. 

Love the stitching on the circle edges.  :)

Yummy Yellow Cupcakes

Hello! Today I get to post over at Stamp Annie Thing. I colored one of the cuties from the "Our Lil Series", Our Lil Cupcake. I stamped the cupcake on small circle dies and colored the image with Copic Markers. My favorite color is yellow.. so I have yellow cupcakes. :)

Flip Flop Gift Box

Hello! Today I am up at the Jaded Blossom Blog.  I was looking for something fun to make and came across this "flip flop box" at the Silhouette Design Store. We are going to a pool party next weekend and thought this would be cute to put a gift card inside. The sea star is from Jaded Blossom's Tropical Dies and I used one of the border dies to make a tag for the sentiment. (perfect for a longer sentiment in your collection)

This is what the box looks like open.  I sized one of the layers a little smaller so it would fit inside the box. The gift card is held in place with Jaded Blossom's Gift Card Die.

Delightful Doxie for Dad

Today is my Dad's birthday.  I made him a baseball cap shaped card but have no idea where I put the card. UGH! So I made this card super fast (like under 15 minutes) and I really like how it turned out.  We stopped by his house tonight to deliver his birthday gift, a case of beer. I actually had to show ID to buy the beer. I will tell myself it is because I look so young ;)  This sweet doxie is from Newton's Nook, Delightful Doxies. He is colored with Copics and the background is a watercolor wash.

I am sure the original card will be found so I can lose it in time for next year.

Mint and Chip Sundae

Hello! Today is my post over at Digi My World. I colored up one of the Sundae's in the Kawaii Ice Cream set. I added the "chocolate chips" in the ice cream with a micron marker.  The image is colored Copic Markers and then masked.  The background was stamped with Jaded Blossom's Paint Spatters 2.
