A card for my Gnomie!

I thought the wood grain designer tapes would go perfectly with a gnome. I used one of the New Autumn designer tapes to make a background for the card. The gnome SVG if from SVG Cutting Files, Birthday Gnomes.  He is holding a balloon from Jaded Blossom's Birthday Dies.
