Here is a Frank treat bag. I used the new Octagon Teat Box with the add on die set. I trimmed the entire top of the treat bag with the hair die cut. I did not glue his hair flat to the box and curled the edges up a little. Next I punched a hole to hang the "Happy Halloween" that was cut out with the Large Halloween Treats Outline Die.
