Peachy Keen Farewell Hop 2013

Welcome to the Peachy Keen Farewell Blog Hop. If you have arrived from Nikki's Blog you are in the right place. If not, you might want to start at the beginning, HERE.  The complete hop list is at the bottom of this post in case you get lost along the way.
This is my last post as a Peachy Keen Designer and I wanted to share some of my favorite projects from last year.

My family spends many weekends at the local beaches. I was so thrilled to create with  PKSC-18! A dream come to true for me with all the beach themed stamps.

I would freak out if I saw an octopus at the beach...
but this guy with the drink looks pretty sweet.
I have had this next project on my mantel all year... just took it down for the Christmas decorations. Peachy Keen Faces are the BEST!
The flowers have faces from PK-182 Sweet and Silly Face Assortment.  The worm and chick are stamped with PK-754 Critter Faces.  The last face stamp set that was used is PK-180 Erkle and Merkle Face Assortment on the flying bug.

And it seems fitting to share my little Hot Diggity Dog Card.  This card was published and my blog was featured in Papercraft Inspirations in 2013.  Hot Diggity! This is a shaped card made with Cricut's Animal Kingdom Cartridge. He is all decorated with Peachy Keen Stamps, PK-114 Hot Diggity Dog and PK-115 Let's Ketchup.

For My Grad

Hello! For the month of June, I will be a guest designer at SVG Cutting Files! For my first Sunday post, I could pick any file. I thought it would be fun to make a gift box and card for my gal who will be graduating middle school in a few weeks. Middle School? I remember taking her to kindergarten like it was yesterday.

The graduation cap is actually the top part of the Cap and Gown Box. I made a tassel out of embroidery floss to match her school colors. The card base is SVG Cutting Files' Wave Card Base. One of the girls from The Grad file is jumping for joy on the card front. She is on an action wobble so in person she is jumping if you bump the card.

Supply List-
Pattern Paper- DCWV Celebration Stack
Card stock- Coredinations
Ribbon-Celebrate It
Face- Peachy Keen Stamps, PK-182 Sweet and Silly Face Assortment
Background Stamp- Peachy Keen Stamps, PK-152 Celebration Background
Card Sentiment- Peachy Keen Stamps, PKSC-16

Hope to see you next Sunday for my next post for SVG Cutting Files.

Peachy Keen Stamps' Spring Fling Blog Hop

Welcome to my blog! If you came here from the talented Copic Artist Lorie, then you are in the right spot.  If you just arrived here you might want to start at the top of the hop,Peachy Keen Stamps.

I love creating with spring colors.  For my project, I cut out 3-D letters on my Silhouette Cameo and decorated them with spring images. Before sealing the letters closed, I added sand  in a plastic bag to give them each some weight  The letters are decorated with die cuts (from Cricut's Create A Critter) and a collection of face stamps from Peachy Keen Stamps. The flowers have faces from PK-182 Sweet and Silly Face Assortment.  The worm and chick are stamped with PK-754 Critter Faces.  The last face stamp set that was used is PK-180 Erkle and Merkle Face Assortment on the flying bug. I just love to look at those sweet and happy faces!

Meeting Buzz

Hello! I have a scrapbook page to share with you today.  Last summer my family had season passes to Disneyland.  My girls had a blast filling up their autograph books and meeting the characters. To accent my photo, I used Peachy Keen Stamps' rocket, PK-167 Rocket Blast, and spaceship, PK-166 Happy Trails Spaceship. They are designed with circular windows that I stamped with Peachy Keen faces so you could see who is driving.  An "alien" was made by stamping a one eyed  face stamp and hand drawing a head and antenna with a green marker.  The rocket has an "astronaut" inside.  Again, I stamped a Peachy Keen face but this time a small circle punch to make a helmet. Both faces are from PK-182 Sweet and Silly Face Assortment. Stamped rocket and spaceship images are cut with an electric die cutter with companion SVG files. ( PK-SVG-167 Rocket Blast and PK-SVG-166 Happy Trails Spaceship)  I like to cut several shapes to layer and glue together so they look like custom "chip board" pieces.

I hope you enjoyed my project today and thanks for stopping by today.

You're a Peach!

Hello- I just saw that Fantabulous Cricut is having a challenge "Fun with Puns". Puns are my favorite to use on a card. This card is the peach card on Wild Card 2. For some reason, this cartridge has been neglected by me. Poor Wild Card 2!  To make my card a little unique, I added a face stamp from Peachy Keen, PK-182 Sweet and Silly Face Assortment.
