Happy Spring

Here is my entry for Emma's Throwback Challenge.  This challenge she asked us to follow a sketch and NOT use your cricut.  I picked this bunny sticker from my sticker stash and thought she looked like "spring".

Jump with Gwennie

This card is made for my niece's birthday.  She just loves to jump rope and her favorite color is pink.  I hid the face cuts on my Gypsy and stamped her face with the Wide Eyed Kids stamp from Peachy Keen.  She is almost as cute as my niece.  The card is an entry for Peachy Keen Stamp Challenge # 48  follow the sketch.

You Quack Me Up Scrapbook Page

Cricut Circle is having a weekly challenge to create a project with an everyday topic or just because card.   I thought it was a great opportunity to make a scrapbook page of the everyday silliness that goes on around my house.  My girls have a big dress-up truck and just love to pretend, stage plays, and just have some fun with all the clothes.

I Love Chocolate Bunnies

I made this card for Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge.  This week's challenge was to use an older Cricut cartridge and the color green.  After all the Saint Patrick's Day challenges, I was a little freaked out about the color green.  BUT green does not have to equate March 17.
Cricut Cartridges-, Easter 2010, Gypsy Wanderings
Stamps- My Creative Time, Color Me Happy

An "imagined" Baby Card

The Cricut Circle has a challenge to use your Imagine machine.... I don't have one but they said you can enter and use some sort of clip art.  So, here is my entry with some faux Imagine art.

Spring is Here!

Well, Spring was here a couple of years ago.  I had printed up lots of photos and then never scrapbooked them.  So when Robyn from My Pink Stamper had a blog hop with a spring theme, I decided to join.  I used my cricut and a set of MPS stamps too.

St. Pat's Challenge

The Cricut Circle's Weekly Challenge is to use a monochromatic color scheme of green for your project with a touch of gold.  I had been looking at my Disney Classics cartridge planning my Alice in Wonderland project and came across this mushroom.  I think a leprechaun would be cute sitting on this mushroom... but he had to leave because he was not monochromatic green, LOL.

PB&J, The Gift Bag

I find myself heading to a child's birthday party almost every weekend.  My stock of smaller gift bags for a little something and a gift card is low so I thought I could jazz up some plain bags.  I purchased a set of bags at Micheal's and had a blast decorating this one with my Peachy Keen Stamps.  The peanut butter jar's face is from the PK-643 Boy Mates, because peanut butter is a boy of course.  The sweet jelly's face is from PF-450 Wide Eyed Kids.  Don't they look like such good friends?

Cricut Cartridge Cuts:
Playtime: PB Jar
Country Life: Jelly Jar
Preserves:  Labels
A Child's Year: Friends

This is my entry for the Let's Face It Friday Sew Super Cute Challenge hosted on Peachy Keen Stamps Blog.  They asked us to create a project (can be a card, scrapbook layout, altered item, etc.) with either real or faux stitching. Don't forget to use your Peachy Keen Faces to be eligible for the prize!

Can You Believe, A Paper Bag Album?

This album was made on a paper bag base.  The techniques is from Kathy Files (http://paperphenomenon.blogspot.com/2011/02/paperbag-mania.html).  Kathy went crazy with her mini, but I basically took the technique to expand the bags, added tags, and decorated with my trusty cricut.  For the flaps, I cut index cards on the From My Kitchen cricut cartridge.  Most the animals cuts are from Create A Critter.  The paper line is from DCWV, The Green Stack.  Not pictured is the tag that fits into the paper bag, you can fit a full size photo on those mats.  This mini can hold TONS of photos.  Thanks for looking.

Under the Sea

The Cricut Circle's Weekly Challenge #22:  Include a Fairytale or Folklore figure in your project. (princesses, gnomes, etc.)  I was all set to cut some gnomes from Freshly Picked but when I went looking for pictures I ran across this mermaid.  So, mermaid it is!  I think Ariel is the ultimate folklore figure because she is a mermaid and a princess.  Here is my scrapbook page entry all cut from Dream's Come True cricut cartridge.
