My Mama
Good Morning! I am linking up my scrapbook page to the Imaginisce Blog. They are hosting a sketch challenge, follow the sketch and use your Imaginisce goodies, a chevron design, the color yellow, and the theme for your project is "Mother". The photo is of my mama. I had to call my brother and ask him about the picture, "Why does mom have a boxer?" (Hey, she is my mom, she would have a dachshund.) He told me that the family was visiting our relatives in Illinois and this was her brother's dog. My mom died when I was in my early 20s,early if you ask me. And I actually thought of her when I bought this paper collection. She owned a purse that reminded me of this one from the Sole Sister's Collection. I added chevron paper from a newer line, Good Dog.

I Love Chocolate Bunnies
I made this card for Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge. This week's challenge was to use an older Cricut cartridge and the color green. After all the Saint Patrick's Day challenges, I was a little freaked out about the color green. BUT green does not have to equate March 17.

The Cricut Circle has a challenge to use your Imagine machine.... I don't have one but they said you can enter and use some sort of clip art. So, here is my entry with some faux Imagine art.

Cricut Circle Weekly Challenge # 3
Here is my entry for the second weekly challenge. The challenge was to use 2 cuts, texture, and the following colors: orange, tan, gray, and burgundy. I thought it would be fun to make a wrap for a wine bottle with a turkey on it for thanksgiving. The turkey and shadow were cut at 4 inches. Mr. Turkey's hat came from Designer's Calendar as did the turkey. The hang tag on the bottle and circle scallops on the wrapper are from Gypsy Wanderings.
