O' Christmas Tree Treats!

Hello! A quick post today to share some treats I made for my girls to take to school this Friday.  I used the print and cut feature on the Cricut Explore! So easy! I added tinsel glitter from Martha Stewart and I feel like the glitter is in my throat and eyes. Oh the suffering that goes on for our crafting.. heehehe

SVG Cutting Files Challenge :: Anything Christmas or Winter

Hello everyone! SVG Cutting Files is hosting a Challenge.. use your own SVG Cutting Files are create something with a Winter or Christmas theme.  Perfect challenge for this time of year. For this project, I used the Santa file and glasses from Fun in the Sun... because this Santa is sneaking to my Secret Santa! 

I used my Silhouette Studio Designer's Edition software to make a shadow of Santa.  Then I welded the two sides together to make the card. The sentiment is from Jaded Blossom, Merry & Bright, and the tag die is Jaded Blossom as well.

The Challenge runs from December 15 to January 14. Be sure to link up your project to have a chance to win a $10 Gift Certificate at the SVG Cutting Files' Store.

Ready for another Challenge from Jaded Blossom? This month the theme is Christmas. Make a project with a Christmas theme and Jaded Blossom stamps. I made a cute reindeer treat box.  The cutting file is from SVG Cutting Files, Reindeer Treat Box.  The candies inside the box are decorated with Merry & Bright and Gingerbread Candies. 

Jaded Blossom's Mini Tag Die fits perfectly with the
sentiment from Merry and Bright.

Christmas Card with Emily

Hello! I am over at Digi My World this morning sharing a card. "Emily" is from the Santa's Helpers collection from the new release last week.  She is such a  beautiful image.. I colored with her Copic Markers to look like my niece Emily. :)

I wanted her to have a purple dress and found some purple and green Christmas paper from Recollections, The Ballet. The card base is from SVG Cutting files but I added an extra shadow on the layers.  The sentiment is from Jaded Blossom's Merry & Bright.

Christmas Mitten

Hello! Just sharing my post over at the SVG Cutting Files' Blog.   This card features the Stitch Up Mitten and will be at the store this Friday.  All the stitching has been planned out for you.  A simple running stitch adds some fun interest.  I used solid colored twine to stitch around the edges.

The card base is the Postage Stamp Card Base and I added a Christmas stamp from Jaded Blossom, Merry and Bright.
