Sweet Ice Cream & Bean

Red, White, Blue and Ribbon is this week's challenge at The Greeting Farm.
My TGF image is a clear stamp Twinkle Bean.
I love her hair as it reminds me of ice cream. (or maybe I am hungry)
She has stars in her hair but I opted to add some flowers
to make her "more sweet".
I used my Cricut to cut the cone and the title "sweet".
I love this color combo and it does not always have to be for a patriotic card.

Thanks for stopping by today-

Grow- PKS Photo Inspiration

Peachy Keen Stamps and SVG Cutting Files Blog Hop: HERE

Happy Friday! Time for another Challenge at the Peachy Keen Blog.  This week is a photo inspiration challenge. Create a project using the photo as inspiration and let us in on your creative process. Your project must be new and linked up by 5/22 11:59 EST.
The photo reminded me of gardening. My little niece will be visiting soon so I thought this little garden kit would be fun for her to play with in my backyard. I found these items at the Target dollar bins.  My daughter has a tomato garden growing so I think the cousins will have some fun!

For the Tooth Fairy

Hello Crafty friends! The Challenge this week at FCCB is to make a project with a tooth fairy theme.  You can check out all the fun toothy Cricut projects here.  For my project, I made a sign for my niece that she can hang on her door or even her bed post to deposit her tooth for easy pick up.  IF I was the tooth fairy, this would come in handy... as no one would like to dig around under someone's pillow while they sleep.  Just place your tooth in the pocket made with the Sentimentals Cartridge and wait for the Tooth Fairy to do her magic. All the other cuts on this project are from Baby Steps.  I am sure my niece will love this!

Baby Easel Mini

This easy to make baby onsie mini was made with only one Cricut cartridge, Baby Steps and a package of K and Co baby stickers.  It was really fun to decorate the baby clothes.  The clothes are attached to binder rings on a covered chipboard base.  I was thinking this would make a nice display album on a desk or coffee table.  The back of each onsie has a place for a wallet or a little large photo of baby.  I made this for the baby gift challenge at the Cricut Circle and plan to give this to my sister who is anxiously awaiting the birth of her second granddaughter.

The back of the Onsie has a place for a photo.

My Family's Mustang

Our family has fond memories with our Mustang.  It was purchased by my Dad for my Mom as she wanted a new car to go with her new baby (me,lol).  My brother wanted the Mustang Fastback but Mom had her eyes set on the the Mustang Coupe.  My brother and I both drove this car when we were in high school and I drove this car until I was able to purchase a new car after graduating college. (The Mustang was tired at this point and I honestly thought the car was going to kill me because the engine was so powerful but the breaks... that was another story. ) My brother restored the car and now shows it! His daughter has her eye on this car now.  Here is my scrapbook page to enter in a Challenge at Cricut Circle that requests us to document a family memento with a scrapbook page.

Baby Shower Time

There is a new challenge at the Cricut Circle to make a table centerpiece.  My niece will be having a new baby soon so I thought I would make this little cradle for her baby shower.  I plan on setting the cradle next to the cake AND including this as a party game.  The cradle holds a tag style mini book.  Each guest can write "mom advice" or well wishes.  I think it will be fun-
The cradle is from Baby Shower and all other cuts are
from Baby Steps Cricut Cartridge.

Bea's Baby Boy is Here!

Here is an 8 by 8 page that I made for my friend Bea.  I did not want her to peak but since she is at the hospital, I can show the page now.  I also had decorated the back... (which is much better) but I was so excited to mail her package, I forgot to take a picture.  The back had a pocket with a title on it "a day out" with a butterfly.  The pocket had tags for journaling and there was a photo mat.
