Peachy Keen Thankful Blog Hop

Hello! You should have arrived from Ruthie Nixon's Blog, if not, head to the start at the Peachy Keen Blog.  I don't want you to miss any of the special projects made for this thankful hop.  This is a wonderful time of year to get together with family and friends.  My family meets at my "humble" house for Thanksgiving which requires us to set up extra tables.  I made crayon box place holders for the kids mini card table. Yep, that is "Melissa" that gets to sit on the mini fold up chair. All 5 foot 9 inches of me! (I am Thankful that I can get out of this chair, LOL) My sister picked up some activity books so us kids can color the night away.

"Thankful for you!" is included in PKSC-10
and was used used on this centerpiece.
You can join the Peachy Keen Stamp Club
and save on your stamp sets and have them delivered
to your home every month!

These crayon boxes are cut on my Silhouette using 3-D crayon box
and decorated with PK-141 Lil Tweets Thanksgiving stamps.
The images were cut using the matching SVG cut file PK-SVG-141.
I just love the font that Kathy picked
out for the "Hip Hip Hooray It's Turkey Day!"
Candy Alert!
There are THREE $50 gift certificates to Peachy Keen Stamps up for grabs from the artist that creates Peachy Keen Stamps, Kathy Jakopovich! To enter your name for a chance to win a $50 gift certificate, just leave a comment on any of the blogs on this hop.  The winners will be posted on the PKS Blog on Monday.  Good Luck!

So, so cute! And what a great idea for the little ones at Thanksgiving Dinner...these and a small coloring book would be great to keep them busy before and after the meal.

Great idea for the kid's table!

PoJo said...

I hated sitting at the kids' table. I was the oldest of my cousins and thought they were all so immature. I was a spoiled rotten only child who was with adults most of the time. Crayons at the kids' table might have given me something to do besides play with the "little kids."

Can I send my kids to your house for the holidays? What a great idea to keep the little ones busy so the grown ups can enjoy a nice meal! You're going to be the hit of the holiday. Thanks for sharing your great idea.
