I made a band for a popcorn bag. The cake and face are from the new Kawaii Birthday Stamp set. I picked a sentiment from Birthday Blow Out and layered that on Jaded Blossom's Octagon Die. I made "popcorn" using the cupcake icing die cut with white paper and inked with yellow.
