Here is a treat I created with Hot Air Tag. The background is the NEW Confetti Stencil and I stamped over that. I colored two of the balloons and cut them by hand and layered those on top of the tag. Next I filled a bag with a tray from Jaded Blossom's Candy Caddy and layered one die from the NEW Birthday Word Die set
