4th of July Centerpiece
It is hard for me to believe that the 4th of July is around the corner! I was thinking about decorating the house for season and thought this miniature rose plant could be more patriotic. I added with a rosette and my version of "Uncle Sam". (Shh, he is a leprechaun cut from Cricut's Paper Doll Dress-Up Cartridge) His face is from Peachy Keen, PK-480 . The blue stars are stamped with PK-117 Picnic Table Cloth. I just have to hope I don't kill the plant before my 4th of July BBQ.

Baby Easel Mini
This easy to make baby onsie mini was made with only one Cricut cartridge, Baby Steps and a package of K and Co baby stickers. It was really fun to decorate the baby clothes. The clothes are attached to binder rings on a covered chipboard base. I was thinking this would make a nice display album on a desk or coffee table. The back of each onsie has a place for a wallet or a little large photo of baby. I made this for the baby gift challenge at the Cricut Circle and plan to give this to my sister who is anxiously awaiting the birth of her second granddaughter.
The back of the Onsie has a place for a photo. |

Fairy Coasters
Time for a new Peach Keen Challenge!
THE CHALLENGE: Create a project using Peachy Keen Stamps. Anything goes!
Guidelines:
- Design must be new
- Link up by 6/27 - 11:59 pm EST
For my "Anything Goes", I altered some coasters. These were purchased at a local store and they are designed to hold photos. I thought the PK-121 Fairy Mini Set would look great as the focal point for the coasters. The base was originally black but I painted it with acrylic paint and then added the flowers form the same stamp set. To seal the base, I spayed it with Krylon mat finish.
Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to your "Anything goes" project made with your Peachy Keen Stamps!

Summer Mini Album
I enjoy making shape albums with my Cricut as they are kinda like a 3-D scrapbook layout. This album was made with Pack Your Bags, Doodle Charms, and Enjoy the Seasons Cricut cartridges. These are some pictures I took from a local beach with my family. To fit more pictures in my album, pictures were tucked behind cuts or place in envelopes. This is also my entry for the Cricut Circle's Weekly Challenge. The challenge is to use a sun and the word "summer". I have 3 suns... I wonder if I will get extra credit?
Supplies Used:
Stamps: Peachy Keen, PKSC-06 'soak it in', crab's face; PK-112 sun faces; PK-103 inside the sand castle
Papers: Coredinations, Me & My Big Ideas Ellen Krans Starfish, Paper Studio Daydream Doodle
Inks: Tim Holtz Wild Honey
Stickers: K I Memories Juicy Summer

We Go Together Frame
How lucky I am to have these cuties in my life! Our family dog loves to hang out with my daughter... could it be that she has a purple shag rug in her room to sleep on? I think they are just best buddies. I decorated this simple frame with the "We go together" sentiment from PK-116 We Go Together which fits perfectly in a die cut from my Cricut. I used Home Accents and cut the frame at 3.25. Add the ketchup and mustard stamp from PK-115 Let's Ketchup and this frame is complete. My daughter got a kick out this project and Ranger will give his opinion later as he is still sleeping on a purple rug.
I am posting this at the Peachy Keen Stamps' Challenge blog. The challenge is to Create a 3D object using frames and use your Peachy Keen Stamps and Link up by 6/13 - 11:59 pm EDT. I look forward to YOUR project :)

Block Party Time!
I love a good challenge, Market Street Stamps has their Block Party this weekend. You just need to make a project with your Market Street Stamps. Here is the link for more details: Block Party! The owner even has a free digi stamp for a limited time at the Market Street ning site, The Neighborhood. The free digi is a darling camper.
For my project, I was inspired by the packaging on the Basic Grey Serendipity & Shine On Collection. They have a kite flying behind some clouds and a great bicycle image. I immediately thought this would make an enjoyable card with my Market Street Stamps, Riding By.

Thank You Basket
This project was inspired by my new stamp PK-119 Lattice Background. I like to make 3-D objects with stamps because you can always have the directional pattern facing the correct way. The texture on this background stamp is fantastic and thought it would make a great basket.
Some other paper news here, I purchased a Silhouette Cameo to cut "SVG" files. I have to say the machine cuts beautifully and was very easy to use. The little girl was from is a Silhouette Studio cut called Story Book Girl. And I think she is adorable with a Peachy Keen Face. This face is from the June Stamp Club.

Hoppy Frogs and a Fairy
Hello- There are two challenges at the Peachy Keen Connection that you don't want to miss out on.
Challenge #1- include paper piecing, ribbon or twine, and some kind of sparkle or bling on your project.
My Frog card was made with the new Peachy Keen Stamp Club for June. The log is from Create A Critter and the green grass was punched with the Martha Stewart Icicle punch.
Challenge #2- create a project with your Peachy Keen Stamps and include "things that fly".
I made this key chain with the same stamp set, Peachy Keen Stamp Club for June. These are the keys to my husband's "muscle car". This is one of his project cars, I can't wait to see his face... hehe.

Peachy Sneak Peek!
I am just thrilled to share my projects made with the NEW Peachy Keen Stamps' June Stamp of the Month. The June stamp collection is full of "peachy cuteness"- Fairies, Frogs, Faces, Birdies, Sentiments, Faces, and more.
Welcome to my house- I have this welcome sign on my front door. Isn't this fairy and her birdy friend cute? The base of this project was found at the local dollar store. The fairy stamp does have wings but I switched them out with some wings cut by an electric die cut machine.
This 5 by 5 card shows the Turtle and one of the Sentiments in the June Stamp of the Month Kit. I colored the turtle with Copic markers and gave him a surfboard because he is "Turtley Tubular".
Be sure to check out the Peachy Keen Blog for more sneak peeks along with all the designers' blogs. I know you are going to love this set and all of the add ons just as much as I do.
